Wold lake is a Carp & Catfish water of approx 2 acres in size with 2 islands, holding immaculate Carp to over 30lbs and Catfish over 40lbs. There are only 6 swims on this lake offering the angler solitude and exclusivity.

Wold Lake Rules

All rigs must be free running /or able to drop the lead No fixed leads. No magic twig or magic wand.
Only Fresh/Frozen boilies can be used for loose feeding.
Shelf life boilies can be used as hook bait only.
Fishery only pellets to be used.
No particle bait to be used.
No live or dead bait.
No meat including prawns and mussels etc.
Coated braid can only be used as a hook length.
A minimum of 15lb (0.40mm) line to be used.
Barbless hooks only, no crimped barbs allowed.
Minimum size 8 hooks Maximum size 4 hooks Only
Fishery-provided landing net, unhooking mat,weigh sling to be used.
No retaining fish.
Fish to be returned to water in weigh slings provided.
Fishery unhooking mats to be used at all times.
No fixed leads or feeders all rigs must be safe and running. No Leadcore.
Only fish from allocated pegs.
Bait boats to be used sensibly and only fish where you can play and land a fish safely.
Spodding in moderation, please remember it’s only a small lake. Be courteous to other anglers.
No Fires allowed, gas BBQ’s only.
Photo’s of fish must be taken as low to the unhooking mat as possible, no standing.
All rods must be adequate for the size of fish.
